About Me
experience in the field. I have extensive experience of delivering clinical work in residential,
outreach, and forensic settings and, for the last years in private practice, using a wide variety of
evidence-based psychological techniques and approaches such as CBT, CFT, DBT, ACT, IFS, trauma-informed and somatic approaches, and mindfulness.
My main areas of work are trauma, C-PTSD and PTSD, addiction issues, anxiety disorders, and disordered eating.
I'm also a registered Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist since 2019 with a specialism in
Nutritional Psychology, gut and brain health, and weight management and disordered eating,
Additionally, I'm a Trainer, Speaker and Group Facilitator within the charity and corporate sector, where I mainly create and deliver health and wellbeing talks and workshops about topics such as emotional resilience and intelligence, gut-brain connection, foods for a thriving minds, assertive communication and self-esteem, mindful and intuitive eating, sleep and anxiety and stress management.
