Throughout my career, I have gained experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee training, performance management, and onboarding. I have worked with organizations like Sanlam General Insurance Limited, where I played a crucial role in HR operations, including KPI development, training schedules, and seamless virtual interview processes. I am also committed to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) within the workplace. 

Beyond my professional roles, I have volunteered in various community service programs, demonstrating a commitment to social impact and community support. With strong communication and analytical skills, I seek to further leverage my expertise in a corporate HR setting, contributing to strategic business growth, EDI and workforce development.

During my tenure as an HR Assistant at Sanlam General Insurance Limited, I made a tangible impact by compiling and presenting detailed Management Committee (MANCO) reports, streamlining recruitment processes, designing structured Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for effective employee appraisals, actively contributing to HR process optimization, including employee onboarding and offboarding, leave management and payroll administration. My ability to manage virtual interviews, facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, and ensure compliance with organisational policies highlights my dedication to HR excellence.
