Regina Sinkovicz

I have over 30 years of professional experience working with people in various settings. I am a BACP-registered integrative Psychotherapist with credentials in the UK. During my work, I employ a range of treatment modalities and techniques according to the client`s issues and personal needs. The client is in the centre of my approach; I work in a non-authoritative way, and everything we do together, within the professional boundaries, is based on mutual agreement. I believe that everyone is the master of themselves and has the capacity to make rational choices and appropriate changes in their lives. My role, as a therapist is to help people see what they do not see, and understand what they do not understand about themselves. Change is a difficult process and, hence, I am here to help find the motivation and commitment to it by supporting people to resolve ambivalent feelings and insecurities that prevent them from living a fulfilled life.
